Delivery and handling


PLEASE NOTE: International customers, shipping times to your country may take longer than usual depending on the situation caused by the virus there. Please order with that in mind. It could take weeks, it could take months. We have no control over
what goes on once it leaves here and recommend buying insurance on all purchases.

1. ORDER PROCEEDING TIME

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving the payment. Sometimes it happens though that for any reason we have to get the item from the supplier and then, the proceeding time can take additional time, this mostly apples to pre-order releases. We will contact you when the proceeding time will be prolonged.

2. SHIPMENT METHODS AND TIMES

We ship exclusivity with USPS who will than have your local post office or international Courier handle the rest of the delivery. You will get your registered package number and the tracking data automatically after we send the package.

The shipping time varies and depends on your country of residence. Post operators declares the shipping time, but we are not responsible for keeping them. These are just estimations, not guaranteed shipment times.

 

Priority shipment - up to 4 -7 working days (up to 5 - 25 working days to countries outside United States. 

We are aware of the fact that once the order is placed and paid for you would like to get it as soon as possible, so we always try to send the order the day we get the payment or  the next day. But the order proceeding time may take up to 6 working days.

3. SHIPMENT COSTS

The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Apart from the shipping fee, they may consist of the packing and handling fees. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).

 

4. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

In case you don't get the order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@bopsoulbound.com and we will track down the problem and help you. In case the package is missing (which happens very rarely) we will either resend the order or send you a full refund - according to stock availability.
